Once you contact us, we’ll arrange a time that suits you. Our team will arrive, assess the rubbish, provide a transparent quote, and, once accepted - load and remove everything for you. Alternatively, you can also give us a call, send us some photos of the rubbish and we'll give you an estimate price for the removal, which will be confirmed in person once we arrive. There is absolutely no obligation to proceed if you're unhappy with the price upon arrival.

It’s helpful but not essential. If you can’t be on site, you can leave instructions and make sure the rubbish accessible, and we’ll take care of everything - loading, transport and disposal.

Yes! We recycle and repurpose materials wherever possible, and we always dispose of waste responsibly through licensed facilities. We care about the Earth, and do our best to take care of it however we can.

For safety and legal reasons, we do not usually take hazardous materials such as corrosive chemicals, or asbestos. Contact us to discuss any special waste.
