Extra charges may apply for heavy materials, hazardous or restricted items, or difficult access. Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed, and may be made via cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the site and ensure the work area is safe; we reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe or there is a risk of damage or injury. We do not accept certain prohibited items, including but not limited to hazardous chemicals, asbestos, or explosives, and you must inform us in advance if such items are present.
